Responsabilità
- Lead and execute investment projects safely, on time and on budget in line with Henkel PM framework
- Manage all technical and engineering aspects of projects across Europe (Casarile, Italy)
- Drive all project phases from feasibility to hand-over and closure, including lessons learned
- Identify, assess,



and mitigate project risks and escalate issues as appropriate
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for alignment and transparency
- Collaborate with internal experts and technology specialists for best-in-class solutions
- Facilitate ongoing best practice exchange between sites and the regional engineering group
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Engineering, preferably CAPEX projects in process industries
- Strong project management skills with relevant tools and methodologies
- High self-motivation, autonomy, and flexibility in a dynamic international environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all organizational level
