Responsabilità




- Legal due diligence activities for acquisitions
- Drafting contracts related to company and share acquisitions and supporting negotiation phases
- Legal assistance in extraordinary transactions and preparation of corporate documents (mergers, demergers, reorganizations)
- Preparation of opinions and notes on corporate and commercial matters
- Doctrinal and case law research activities

Requisiti fondamentali
- 1–2 years of experience in leading firms or legal consulting
- Master in Law with grade >105/110
- Excellent English language skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
