Overview
As a Key Account Manager at TikTok Shop, you pursue non-organic growth by winning major fashion brands for our platform in Italy and across the EU. You own the end-to-end acquisition process, from first outreach to onboarding and initial activation, while also driving long-term growth with these partners. You operate as a senior commercial owner, engaging C-suite stakeholders and navigating multi-market brand structures to scale partnerships through content, creator, and campaign activation. You will shape cross-market expansion and contribute to repeatable growth playbooks with a focus on impact and revenue.
Responsabilità
- Own the acquisition pipeline for priority fashion brands in IT and selected EU markets
- Lead end-to-end commercial closings from outreach to onboarding and 90 days activation
- Engage C-suite and senior leaders to position TikTok Shop as a strategic channel
- Navigate multi-market brand organisations and align local and EU teams
- Develop tailored acquisition pitches incorporating category analysis and business terms
- Collaborate with category,
campaigns, creator, operations, product, and policy teams to accelerate time-to-first-sale
- Drive participation in major commercial moments and ensure activation with impact
- Own ongoing account growth and accountability for sustained GMV and seller health
- Build repeatable growth playbooks for cross-category EU deployment
- Surface insights on competition, friction, policy, and trends to inform strategy
- Lead partner participation in campaigns and launches across EU markets
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in Operations, Account management, or similar field
- Proven direct acquisition or strategic sales experience with enterprise deals
- Experience engaging C-suite and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong commercial acumen to size opportunities, build business cases, and negotiate
- Understanding of social commerce, creator ecosystems, livestreaming, and short-video formats
