Greentalent, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market, on behalf of a start-up which has developed an innovative proprietary technology for molecular recycling of plastic waste, is looking for a: Senior Process Engineer The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Chemical Engineering and has a relevant experience in engineering companies, EPC contractors or licensors operating in the chemical industry. The selected person will be placed in a dynamic environment and he/she will play a pivotal role within the Process Engineering team.

Key responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the process engineering activities related to the industrialization of company's chemical recycling process and its licensing to future customers (Process Design Package)

- Basic engineering (BFD, PFD, P&ID;, H&MB;, etc.) of chemical recycling plant, in particular for the company's core depolymerization unit
- Collaborate with R&D; and operations to generate consistent experimental data for the company's Process Design Package and for the selection of the right equipment and technologies Supervision of activities during the FEED
- Management of relationships with key engineering stakeholders (EPC contractor, Technology Providers, OEM , end-users, etc.)
- Continuously develop and improve the process in terms of energy and material consumption, productivity, costs,



plant reliability, product quality, operability, constructability, footprint Supervision of start-up and performance tests activities of the first industrial reactor at customer's plant site.

Requirements: Master's degree or PhD in Chemical or Process Engineering; 10-12 years of specific experience as Process Engineer in engineering companies and/or licensors operating in the chemical/energy industry

- Deep understanding of process engineering, to supervise the process of conceptual design and implementation of the company's innovative process
- Practical Knowledge of P&ID; design, control philosophy design, chemical process simulation Ability to supervise/lead individuals or a project team to achieve milestones and objectives by setting priorities and providing direction
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Availability to travel on national and international territory
