Overview

As Operational Construction Manager, you will lead on-site construction activities at a supplier site in Monfalcone, ensuring safety, compliance, and execution excellence. You will coordinate contractors, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement across the construction phase. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project requirements and quality standards. Responsabilità

- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment requirements and promote a strong safety culture on site
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors during execution to ensure readiness and proper planning
- Monitor construction progress and contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities for process efficiencies within a broader functional context
- Support QA/QC activities, including non-conformance reports and corrective actions




- Maintain effective communication with Customer representatives to address field issues
- Coordinate with subcontractors for clear execution, project alignment, and timely delivery
- Contribute to construction documentation and reporting accuracy

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in a relevant technical discipline
- Solid knowledge of workplace health and safety standards
- Experience in construction activities, site operations, or production environments
- Familiarity with fabrication processes, welding, dimensional controls, and painting supervision (preferably O&G;)
- Working knowledge of quality standards (AWS, ASME, API) and basic understanding of NDE methodologies
- Knowledge of welding procedures, material compliance, and site quality requirements
- Experience in structured and matrixed organizations
- Knowledge of industrial quality standards and their on-site application
- Fluency in English and Italian with a valid EU work permit
