Overview
In this role you will manage end-to-end accounting and tax processes for the Branch, coordinating with HQ and local teams. You will ensure VAT compliance, intercompany and intra-branch flows, and support month-, quarter-, and year-end closings. You will liaise with IT and shared services on SAP configurations and drive process improvements. This is a multinational setting with exposure to VAT and accounting across borders, offering a chance to influence financial controls and workflows.

Responsabilità
- End-to-end supervision of general and analytical accounting for the Branch
- Record and validate invoices with correct VAT numbers and configurations
- Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet controls
- Assist month-, quarter-, and year-end closing with HQ Administration
- Manage intra-branch and intra-EU goods flow documentation (shipping docs, proof of transport)
- Lead tax compliance as first-line owner, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
- Prepare local VAT returns and Intrastat declarations




- Monitor deadlines and implement internal controls for compliance
- Coordinate with IT and shared services for SAP configurations related to accounting and tax processes
- Coordinate information flow between operational and financial functions
- Oversee payment processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze periodic financial and tax reporting for Administration and Tax
- Perform variance analysis and monitor Branch KPIs
- Identify and support process improvements and internal control enhancements

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 3–5 years of accounting or tax experience, preferably multinational or Big Four
- Solid knowledge of SAP
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of written and spoken English
