Segment Integration & Insights Manager

Segment Integration & Insights Manager The selected candidate will be part of the team driving cross-functional strategic initiatives across the four core CNPF business lines (Small Business, Corporate Solutions, Transfer Solutions, Vertical Solutions).

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

Support strategic planning and monitoring for the business unit

Oversee performance through regular operational reviews and dashboards

Proactively identify risks and support recovery plans for off-track initiatives.

Operations & Execution

Work on cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of strategic priorities.

Apply structured project management methodologies to plan, track, and execute key initiatives.

Communication & Alignment





Promote best practices and enable knowledge sharing across teams.

Ensure clear, efficient information flow and decision-making processes.

Drive alignment through consistent leadership messaging and strategic communications.

Experience

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

Experience in operations, management consulting, or senior leadership roles, with strong financial acumen.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Core Skills

Strong strategic thinking with attention to execution details.

Excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to influence without authority.

Corporate Security Responsibility
