We are looking to fill this position in the following locations: Columbus (Polk Co., NC), Marion (McDowell Co., NC), Lincolnton (Lincoln Co., NC), Waynesville, (Haywood Co., NC), Charlotte (Mecklenburg), and Brevard (Transylvania Co., NC).ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in various transactional matters, including but not limited to wills and estates, asset protection, business plans, incorporations & LLCs, non-profit 501 (3), and intellectual property litigationManage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clientsConduct legal research and draft legal documents,
