GETINGE ITALIA is looking for its future PRODUCT MANAGER SW (SURGICAL WORKFLOW) - (M/F/D ) - Nationwide (Italy) - E xpected residence in the Milan area (mandatory) As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of your product line. Acting as a strategic interface between the market, customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders, you will contribute directly to business growth, customer satisfaction and market positioning. This is a field-based, home-office position , requiring strong proximity to the market and customers.

Drive product promotion through field demonstrations and customer interactions Train and support the sales force throughout the entire sales cycle Adapt and implement global marketing strategies at a local level Develop and execute the local marketing plan in line with business objectives Support new product launches and ensure successful market adoption Collaborate with international teams to share insights and best practices Prepare and manage technical documentation for public tenders Define product configurations in collaboration with sales teams Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs Track product line performance and contribute to forecasting Product scope: Surgical Workflow (capital equipment such as operating tables and surgical lights) Nationwide (Italy),
