As part of the Offer Department, Category Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Data analysis with weekly sell-out deep-dive and definition of action plans to improve sales and gain market share Participate in development & Implementation of brands’ marketing plans looking for exclusivity partnerships Adapt assortment & merchandising plans to local needs in cooperation with Sales and Merchandising team Plan and secure key animation slots with the right product assortment and relevant for beauty trend cooperating with trade marketing team. Exchange and negotiate with Central teams You will facilitate the coordination between the Animation (Online&Offline;), (E-)Merchandising, Finance and Supply Teams in order to optimize the execution of the animation plan in the stores and on the e-commerce site. You will contribute to the launches of new products in the category.

Analytical strength, ease with numbers, sensitivity to beauty products and current beauty trends At least 2⁄3 years of experience in category, product management or operational marketing Fluent in Italian and English A good command of the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) For new joiners for this role in Italy,



the annual gross salary associated with this position is EUR 40.000 Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs. This position is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Commercio) applicable to the role and applied by Sephora in Italy.
