The role
We are looking for a professional to join the Legal Department with a primary focus on real estate contracts (land, real rights, powers of attorney) related to the development of renewable energy plants, supporting the management of the entire land rights acquisition cycle. The role also involves secondary, supporting involvement in general contract law and basic corporate matters.

Main responsibilities – Real Estate & Land (core)
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating land rights acquisition agreements: purchase agreements, preliminary contracts, surface rights, easements, lease agreements and other agreements with landowners
