About the role

GrantMesh is an innovative startup developing a digital platform designed to simplify and improve the management of European-funded projects, with a particular focus on the Erasmus+ ecosystem .

We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern to join our team remotely and work closely with the founders on the positioning and growth of GrantMesh.

This opportunity is primarily designed for a university student, recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to gain hands-on experience in marketing, growth and startup development.

You will not simply support day-to-day marketing activities. You will have the opportunity to understand our product, market and customers, contribute ideas, test new approaches and progressively take ownership of marketing initiatives.

What you will do

- Marketing and go-to-market strategy
- Digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns
- Social media strategy and content creation
- Product demos, case studies and marketing materials
- Email marketing and outreach campaigns
- Market, competitor and customer research
- Brand positioning and communication
- Identification and testing of new acquisition channels
- Monitoring of marketing KPIs and campaign performance
- Collaboration with sales and business development activities
- Relationships with partners, organisations and potential customers

You will work directly with the founders and collaborate with an international team. Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive and willing to learn , rather than someone with years of professional experience.

The ideal candidate is currently studying or has recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication, International Relations, European Studies or a related field .

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical and research skills
- Confidence with social media and digital tools




- Good command of English
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Creativity and willingness to experiment
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in startups

Experience with Erasmus+, EU-funded projects, international mobility, NGOs, universities, B2B SaaS, CRM, email marketing, LinkedIn or content creation will be considered a plus. Previous professional marketing experience is not required .
