Overview
In this role you will design and develop automotive products aligned with customer needs, driving feasibility analyses and technical decision-making across cross-functional teams. You will support customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, while ensuring robust technical documentation and product validation. You join the Technical Design Office to advance high-quality, innovative designs and contribute to international projects. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to influence product cost, performance, and manufacturing readiness.

Responsabilità
- Design and develop automotive products per customer specs
- Assess feasibility of new products and applications
- Provide technical support to customers and help solve problems
- Lead technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Prepare production drawings, specifications, tolerances, and BOMs
- Assist Sales with cost estimation and technical evaluation
- Plan design activities, timelines,



and monitor progress
- Collaborate with Experimental Lab, Production, and Quality teams
- Prepare and manage DFMEA, Product Validation Plans, IATF and APQP documentation
- Create product presentations and participate in cross-functional international projects

Requisiti fondamentali
- Engineering Degree in Mechanical
- 8–10 years of automotive-related experience
- High level of English (written and oral)
- Knowledge of plastic materials and molding processes
- Preferred knowledge of cooling circuits for internal combustion engines
- Experience with 3D design software (CREO)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
