Founding Full Stack Engineer - BR3ACH

ABOUT US

BR3ACH is an early-stage cybersecurity startup building the first SaaS platform focused on digital identity protection to helping people find, control, and remove leaked or unauthorized content about themselves from the web. We're past the idea stage: our core product is live, our founding team is in place, and we're finalizing our public launch. We work remotely, move fast, and communicate internally in a mix of Italian and English.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR A mid-level Full Stack Engineer who wants to build something real, not just execute tickets. This is not an execution-only role. You'll join as a Technical Co-Founder, with real equity and real influence over technical direction, working directly alongside the founders from day one.

This is a freelance, flexible-schedule role you manage your own time and workflow, as long as commitments are delivered on the timeline agreed with the team. We're not looking for someone doing this on the side. We're looking for someone who wants ownership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO?

- Design and build core backend services and API integrations (Python)
- Own and evolve our OSINT/data-discovery pipeline: large-scale search integrations, web scraping, data normalization
- Work on infrastructure and deployment (Docker, EasyPanel, Contabo)
- Support the completion of our web platform and its integration with the proprietary backend
- Participate directly in architecture and product decisions,



no layers between you and the founders

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong Python skills, backend-focused
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and basic DevOps (Docker or equivalent)
- Comfortable turning ambiguous problems into shipped solutions with minimal oversight
- Basic working knowledge of Italian, the team communicates internally in Italian
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with real responsibility and real risk

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with large-scale web scraping/crawling: proxy rotation, rate-limit handling
- Experience integrating third-party data/search APIs for large-scale data collection
- Prior experience as a founding or early-stage engineer
