Overview
In this role, you contribute to the digital transformation of finance functions within a growing advisory team. You will help shape reporting, compliance, and financial processes, leveraging Workiva to enable automation, transparency, and regulatory traceability. You collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to support CFO-focused initiatives and enable new technology platforms. Responsabilità
- Redefine reporting and compliance models with digital enablement
- Design and implement Workiva-based solutions to automate close, enable integrated reporting, and support ESG data collection and disclosure




- Streamline internal controls, risk management workflows, and regulatory documentation traceability
- Support change management through Workiva adoption training
- Prepare functional documentation and contribute to evolving digital reporting strategies

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master in Economics or STEM
- 2+ years in consulting or digital transformation
- Familiarity with Workiva (Wdesk, Wdata, ESG modules) and finance/compliance applications
- Workiva Specialization Training certifications are a plus
- Excellent English proficiency
