Overview
In this role you will contribute to expanding the company’s international footprint by supporting distributors and partners across DACH and other markets. You enter a structured training period in Germany, then relocate to Italy to join an international sales hub and progressively assume ownership of markets. You will work cross-functionally to secure opportunities and drive growth within a B2B context. This is a development path toward Export Manager with a focus on long-term international sales impact.

Responsabilità
- Support distributors and business partners in commercial and after-sales activities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with B2B customers across international markets




- Coordinate customer requests and collaborate with internal departments to deliver effective solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market development initiatives
- Support the expansion of the international sales network
- Participate in customer visits, trade fairs and industry events
- Analyze market trends and provide commercial feedback to management
- Travel internationally for approximately 50% of time

Requisiti fondamentali
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience in sales, export sales, customer management or business development within a B2B environment
- Experience in FMCG, medical devices, pharmaceutical, rescue equipment, technical apparel, outdoor or related sectors is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in international markets
- Willingness to complete initial training in Germany and relocate to Italy
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness and a customer-oriented
