In this role you will support the Demand Planning and S&OP; processes to balance demand with procurement and production. You will work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Production and Warehouse to ensure timely material availability and optimized inventory. You will analyze trends, maintain master data, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role with impact on forecasting accuracy, lead times and cost savings, within a global packaging machinery context.

- Plan demand and material procurement for upgrade projects based on delivery schedules
- Monitor purchase orders and material availability, addressing critical issues
- Coordinate production and procurement through regular cross-functional meetings




- Analyze demand trends within S&OP; to anticipate material needs
- Manage purchase requisitions, lead times, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to reduce excess stock
- Contribute to obsolescence reduction via material reuse or cancelling unnecessary orders
- Maintain and update master data and planning parameters
- Develop and monitor KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Master in Engineering Management or related field
- Good analytical skills with data interpretation
