What you do
- Support of the team in the area of Software Management in day-to-day operations
- Maintenance of Outlook mailboxes
- Maintenance and management of the Allianz software inventory in Germany
- Advisory support for software managers on compliance with and execution of processes
- Support with process communication on the Allianz intranet
- Collaboration on projects to improve internal processes
- Preparation of documentation and reports to support decision-making

What you bring
- Enrolled in a degree program (Bachelor's/Master's),



ideally in a relevant field of study, e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration, or similar.
- Analytical skills and a structured way of working with an interest in customer process support and process optimization.
- Ideally, initial knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly M365.
- Initial experience with communication and collaboration tools is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- Teamwork ability, self-initiative, and a proactive way of working.
- You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months - tempo parziale (16-20 h/week).
- Interest in AI technologies, principles and their practical use is a strong advantage.
