Role Description
The CMP Module Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan. This role oversees the Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) module within the manufacturing process, ensuring stable, efficient, and high-yield production. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring process performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating equipment maintenance and upgrades,



and resolving technical issues impacting quality or throughput. The CMP Module Manager collaborates with process engineers, equipment specialists, and production teams to implement best practices, support new product introductions, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves reporting key performance indicators, managing documentation, and contributing to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing overall fab performance.

Qualifications
- Strong background in semiconductor manufacturing processes, preferably with specific experience in CMP or related wafer processing modules.
- Proficiency in data analysis, process monitoring, and problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
