• Support the installation, start-up and operation of modern, highly automated production systems during the launch of a new manufacturing site

• Ensure compliance with local legislation and Nestlé HSE standards and principles
• Integrate SHE into planning and operational reviews
• Implement effective risk management procedures according to the RSPP
• Check that the site is controlled for employees, contractors and visitors, with correct signage and risks effectively managed
• Ensure high standards of health and hygiene conditions for workers, including appropriate emergency medical response
• Establish safe working practices focused on high-frequency risks and high-hazard tasks
• Deliver HSE support including exposure monitoring, health promotion, health surveillance and training
• Participate in key meetings and reviews
• Support LEAN initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement in safety,



health and environmental sustainability by proposing targets and initiatives
• Communicate effectively with different organizational levels

Requirements

- University Degree in technical studies
- Engineering background preferred
- 4–5 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in the Manufacturing sector required; food factory experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of current workplace safety legislation (d.Lgs 81/08)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient knowledge of Italian and English
- Experience in the role of Assistant of RSPP
- Ability to achieve results through effective influencing and collaborating
- Understanding of human behaviors/diversity and team dynamics
- CV submitted in English
