Job description
We are looking for candidates, between 18 and 24 years old, to start a paid and professional training program in the fresh food departments of Large-Scale Retail Trade. Structure of the Training Program The program has a total duration of 36 months and is divided into:
- First 9 months: training program alternating between practical on-the-job activities (at the point of sale) and theoretical modules (at the headquarters in Piazza dei Mestieri in Sesto San Giovanni, twice a month). At the end, a professional qualification will be awarded.
- Subsequent 27 months: placement through a professional apprenticeship contract aimed at consolidating skills.
Requirements:
- Age between 18 and 24 years
- High school diploma
- Aptitude for public contact and interest in the food sector
- Learning orientation, dynamism and reliability
No previous experience in the role is required, the selection is aimed at profiles motivated to undertake a structured growth path. Hours: Full-time, Monday to Sunday (with one day off per week).
