Responsabilità
- Drive adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search, observability, and security solutions within new and existing enterprise accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor to help customers transform data into actionable insights
- Position Elastic through cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and modern data architectures
- Solve complex data challenges beyond transactional selling
- Articulate the value of Open-Source offerings while promoting commercial features
- Identify new use cases and growth opportunities within accounts
- Develop strategic, multi-stakeholder territory plans leveraging ecosystems
- Navigate and manage complex sales cycles with deep discovery and MEDDPICC framework
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals
- Forecast accurately and align cross-team efforts to close deals confidently
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales in enterprise accounts with overachievement
- High-level technical curiosity and ability to articulate technical concepts to executives
- Executive negotiation and closing experience on high-stakes contracts
- Comfort discussing security, observability, vector/traditional search,
