In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support the analysis of business processes to identify improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering,



and IT teams to understand business needs and support digital initiatives.
- Assist in translating operational requirements into process maps, functional specifications, and project documentation.
- Contribute to project planning, tracking activities, stakeholder coordination, and progress reporting.
- Support testing, validation, deployment, and user adoption activities for new digital solutions.
- Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data from different business systems and databases.
- Assist in the creation of reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to support decision‑making.
- Participate in initiatives related to Lean methodologies, continuous improvement, advanced analytics, and AI‑driven solutions.
- Contribute to innovation projects supporting Emerson’s digital manufacturing and Smart Factory journey.
