Scope and Purpose
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Card Team Leader to join our team. This role is responsible is to reinforce the Transformation of Card back-office operations and enabling more efficient resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the successful delivery of ongoing strategic projects and the whole transformation of this area.
- Acting as the primary point of coordination between the operational team and the various project stakeholders.
- Providing guidance, coaching, and training to team members across all card operations (ATM and POS) to ensure that they become competent for all processes of the team in order to ensure contingency in case of staff rotation.
- Ensuring operational continuity and timely issue resolution.
