Job Purpose
The candidate will lead the Procurement team and will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the procurement function, ensuring high standards of quality, cost efficiency, supplier performance, and supply chain continuity.

The role involves strong cross-functional coordination with Operations, Production, Retail, Marketing, Finance, and other key stakeholders in order to support business needs, new product development, seasonal initiatives,



and strategic projects.

Responsibilities
Procurement & Category Management
- Define and implement procurement strategies in line with business objectives
- Oversee the management and development of multiple procurement categories, ensuring quality, competitiveness, innovation, and supply continuity
- Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities
- Support the development and launch of new products, seasonal items, and strategic projects
- Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes and ways of working

Supplier Management & Strategic Sourcing
- Identify, select, qualify, and develop local and international suppliers
- Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, and purchasing conditions
- Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships and long-term partnerships
- Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery times, and service levels
