About The Role
As a Welding School Support, you will provide operational, administrative, and logistical support to the Welding School, ensuring the smooth execution of training activities and the accurate management of training data and materials.

You will report to the Welding School Lead & Suppliers Coordinator and be located at the Monfalcone site with a temporary employment contract.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, submit, and track Purchase Requisitions (PR) for welding consumables, tools, safety equipment, and training materials;
- Support the purchasing department to ensure the timely delivery of required materials;
- Maintain and update training databases,



attendance records, qualification logs, certification records, and training hours;
- Support instructors in preparing training booths and organizing materials for practical welding sessions;
- Verify the availability of tools, equipment, and consumables required for daily training activities;
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, gases, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring accurate stock records;
- Support the tracking and reporting of Welding School activities and performance data;Promote compliance with Welding School safety procedures and verify the correct use of PPE;
- Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient training environment;
- Comply with company procedures (safety, quality, risk and security).

Qualifications

- High School Diploma;
- Min 1 year of experience in administrative support;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management;
- Good
