The successful candidate will be involved in complex financing transactions, supporting both domestic and international clients. Drafting and negotiating banking and finance documentation;
Assisting in structuring and executing corporate, real estate, and acquisition finance deals.
You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, alongside leading professionals in the field, contributing to innovative legal solutions in a fast‐paced and evolving market.
We are seeking an experienced trainee / qualified attorney with 1–3 years of experience in banking and finance law. Drafting and negotiating amongst others:
