Your Role And Responsibilities
The role will act as a technical interface between Maintenance, Production, Engineering and external suppliers, combining hands-on troubleshooting support with data analysis, maintenance performance monitoring and improvement initiatives.
- Work model:
- Supporting maintenance technicians in the troubleshooting and resolution of equipment failures, ensuring effective and timely interventions.
- Coordinating external suppliers and service providers, from intervention planning and technical support through to verification of completed activities.
- Collecting,
analyzing and reporting maintenance and breakdown data for monitoring and improve maintenance KPIs
- Managing and leveraging the CMMS to ensure accurate maintenance records, preventive maintenance activities and analysis of equipment history.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to provide clear visibility of maintenance performance and support data-driven decision making.
- Supporting the Engineering team in the improvements of existing equipment and installation, commissioning and start-up of new equipment and automation systems.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving maintenance processes, equipment performance and overall production efficiency.
Qualifications For The Role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Automation Engineering or a technical diploma with relevant experience.
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance, engineering or automation is preferred.
