To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a motivated, attentive and guest-oriented Commis de Rang (m/f/d) who supports our team with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to the highest quality standards.
Support the Chef de Rang in managing a service station
Prepare the daily mise en place and ensure order and cleanliness throughout the service area
Set and prepare tables for breakfast and dinner service
Support food and beverage service at 5-star level
Professionally serve food and beverages
Pay close attention to individual guest requests and assist with special occasions
Clear tables and prepare the service area following service
Work closely with the kitchen, service management and the entire service team
Show a strong willingness to develop professionally and learn high-level service standards
Initial experience in service within upscale hospitality or gastronomy is an advantage
Passion for hospitality and enjoyment of direct guest interaction
Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude
Team spirit,



flexibility and ability to work well under pressure
Very good command of English; German or Italian is an advantage
