BasicNet - Legal Specialist
We're looking for a Legal Specialist to join our BasicNet Group Legal department.
Reporting directly to the Deputy General Counsel, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to partner closely with the business on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, they will collaborate daily with multiple business functions, providing legal support on key contractual and corporate topics.
This role represents an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to build or further develop an in-house career. The position offers significant exposure to the business and the chance to progressively gain autonomy, responsibility, and ownership in the management of the company's legal affairs.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
• Master's Degree in Law
• 1–3 years of relevant experience gained within a law firm and/or an in-house legal department.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law.
• Experience in the drafting, review,



and negotiation of commercial contracts is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with agency, distribution, and commercial lease agreements is a plus.
• Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage priorities and deadlines.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail.
Contract Management
• Support the drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and filing of a wide range of commercial agreements, including agency, distribution, commercial lease, supplier, service, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Assist in the legal management of contracts related to M&A; and real estate transactions.
