- Support execution of trade marketing initiatives across the trade partner ecosystem, including photoshoots, amplification activities, media requests and asset refreshes
- Track timelines, deliverables and approvals for end-to-end project coordination
- Manage day-to-day follow-ups with regions, HQ teams and external partners
- Maintain calendars, trackers, reporting and guidelines
- Coordinate and deliver marketing assets across material-sharing platforms from upload to final rollout
- Ensure consistency, accuracy and brand alignment across materials
- Monitor progress, anticipate needs and flag topics requiring alignment or intervention
- Assist with partner activation processes, including documentation, inductions and platform or profile setup
- Collect and consolidate performance reports from trade partners
- Contribute to reporting and recap documents for organic and paid initiatives

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Retail Marketing, Project Coordination or similar roles, preferably within luxury, fashion, retail or FMCG environments




- Solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Structured approach to tracking, reporting and documentation
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence working cross-functionally with diverse teams and international partners
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Additional languages are a strong plus
- Agile and proactive mindset
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities while maintaining high execution standards
