Two positions are available.The selected candidates will be employed directly by the client and join the quality team supporting amajor Data Centre development in Bertonico, in the province of Lodi.
This is an excellent opportunity for experiencedElectrical QA/QC professionalsto take ownership of quality acrosscomplex electrical installations.The role will follow electrical systems frominstallation and inspection through testing, energisation readiness, completion and final handover.
The Electrical QA/QC Leads will ensure that installations meet project requirements, inspections are completed at the correct stages and alltest packs and quality recordsprovide a clear, traceable account of the work delivered.
Key responsibilities
Establish and implement theelectrical quality-management systemfor assigned packages.
PrepareElectrical Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, checklists and quality registers.
Plan and coordinateelectrical inspections, testing activities and quality audits.
Reviewsubcontractor quality plans, procedures and inspection requirements.
Monitor electrical installation quality and verify compliance withapproved drawings, specifications and project standards.
Coordinate inspections withsite teams, subcontractors and authorised stakeholders.
Managenon-conformance reports, corrective actions and supporting closure evidence.




Monitor subcontractor quality performance and address recurring issues.
Coordinate quality matters with client QA/QC representatives,Engineering, Construction and Commissioning teams.
Reviewelectrical test packsto confirm that records are complete, accurate and appropriately approved.
Supportpunch-list management, energisation readiness and final handover.
Verify the completeness ofelectrical quality dossiers and completion documentation.
Monitor quality trends and produce clear performance reports.
Promote practicalcontinuous-improvement measuresacross electrical work packages.
Candidate profile
We are interested in candidates with:
Adegree in Engineering or Construction Management, or an equivalent technical qualification.
At leastfive years of QA/QC experience with an electrical focus.
Experience working onmajor construction, engineering or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge ofInspection and Test Plans, electrical inspections, audits and testing requirements.
Practical experience managingNCRs, corrective actions and closure documentation.
Experience coordinatingquality personnel, subcontractors and multidisciplinary stakeholders.




Knowledge ofelectrical test packs, punch lists and handover dossiers.
Familiarity withAutodesk BIM 360 Fieldor a comparable quality-management platform.
Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Availability to workon-site in Bertonico, Lodi.
Previous experience onData Centre or mission-critical projects is strongly preferred.
