OverviewIn this role you will safeguard the reliability, safety, and longevity of Nadara's electrical infrastructure across wind, PV, and Balance of Plant assets in Italy.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed reliability from inception through delivery, optimize lifecycle costs, and ensure compliance with Italian and EU codes.
You'll lead or support design, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives that boost asset performance.

ResponsabilitàLead or support design and specification of new electrical systems and upgrades across the fleet
Collaborate with engineering and project teams during asset development and retrofits to embed reliability
Evaluate new technologies and components to enhance performance and reduce lifecycle costs
Standardize electrical designs and spare parts management across the fleet
Ensure compliance with Italian and EU regulations and Nadara standards
Develop technical documentation including schematics and system specifications
Manage electrical projects to time, budget, and quality targets
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance and testing
Perform site inspections, supervise installation and commissioning, and manage preventive/reactive maintenance
Analyze test results,
identify failures, and implement corrective actions
Utilize advanced testing tools (e.g., insulation resistance, thermography, power quality) and document findings
Maintain up-to-date documentation and support audits/regulatory inspections
Develop SOPs, work instructions, and reliability guidelines
Promote safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the fleet
Engage with DSOs, Terna, and ARERA to manage regulator relationships
Drive data-informed improvements and support digital tools for predictive maintenance
Requisiti fondamentaliMinimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering or related field
Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems
Experience managing electrical projects from concept to completion
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (Master's preferred)
Professional Engineer (PE) license desirable
Relevant certifications in electrical engineering advantageous
Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
Travel willingness to sites for inspections and maintenance
