/ppResponsibilities include:



/pulliConducting title searches and examinations for both commercial and residential properties /liliReviewing and analyzing chains of title to identify ownership, defects, encumbrances, restrictions, and title risks /liliExamining deeds, mortgages, easements, judgments, liens, leases, plats, surveys, probate filings, trusts, and court records /liliIdentifying and resolving title issues relating to estates, probate proceedings, heirship matters, and inherited property /liliReviewing legal descriptions and mapping information for accuracy /liliPreparing title commitments, reports, and supporting documentation /liliResearching and resolving complex title defects and underwriting concerns /liliInterpreting applicable underwriting guidelines and title standards /liliWorking closely with escrow, closing, underwriting, and operations teams /liliResponding to customer, attorney, lender, and internal team inquiries regarding title matters /liliAssisting in training and mentoring less experienced examiners /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulliMinimum 3-5 years of title examination experience /liliStrong knowledge of title insurance principles, title examination, and underwriting practices /liliExperience examining both commercial and residential title transactions /liliAbility to analyze complex ownership histories and title issues /liliExperience reviewing legal descriptions and property records /liliStrong understanding of liens, judgments, easements, restrictions,
