ResponsabilitàOwn the project from Execution Readiness to final acceptance and handover to Service
Plan, manage, coordinate, and lead the project team
Ensure safe and successful delivery (safety, cost, quality, schedule)
Align with key functions (Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, operations)
Represent the company to clients and maintain high customer satisfaction




Guarantee compliance with HSE and technical site requirements
Manage project finances: budgets, forecasts, cost control
Identify risks and implement mitigation measures
Handle claims, disputes, change orders, invoicing, and cash collection
Requisiti fondamentali5+ years of Project Manager experience in complex technical projects (civil construction, manufacturing/plant engineering, wind energy, or similar)
Experience managing multi-million EUR contracts with strong commercial and financial acumen
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in engineering or related field
Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
Experience in a global, cross-functional environment
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
