OverviewAs Engineering Manager at the Caivano Plant, you lead engineering efforts for process optimization, cost and energy reduction, and safe, reliable asset operation.
You will own capital project delivery, asset reliability, and modernization programs while overseeing ISO ***** energy management and PSM process safety.
You are a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, driving safety culture and cross-functional collaboration to improve performance and sustainability.

ResponsabilitàLead capital projects from concept to start-up, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence
Develop asset reliability and lifecycle management strategies
Maintain engineering standards and plant documentation, and provide technical support to operations
Drive PPG standardization and technological integration across facilities
Manage Energy Management System maintenance and drive energy performance improvements
Coordinate Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), HAZOP, and LOPA for projects and asset modifications




Oversee MOC processes and incident investigations related to process safety
Ensure EHS compliance and manage permit-to-work and contractor procedures
Lead continuous improvement in quality, operational excellence, and cost optimization via engineering solutions
Oversee budget and resource management for the Engineering Department
Requisiti fondamentaliDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial or equivalent)
4–5 years of experience in engineering, maintenance and project management in manufacturing or process industry
Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management (PHA/HAZOP, MOC)
Experience with ISO ***** Energy Management Systems
Experience managing CAPEX projects and multidisciplinary teams
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of EHS regulations, engineering standards and asset reliability methodologies
Proficiency in English and Italian
