OverviewIn this role you drive robust product industrialization and strengthen the R&D;–Operations interface to ensure manufacturing readiness before ramp-up.
You lead the Industrialization function toward a proactive, structured model, boosting process efficiency, lean initiatives, and digitalization (PLM, MES).
You'll collaborate across R&D;, Production, Supply Chain and Quality to align with business goals, delivering measurable improvements in quality, cost and competitiveness.

ResponsabilitàEnsure manufacturing readiness of new products before ramp-up (process stability, documentation completeness, supplier readiness, production feasibility)
Strengthen the R&D;–Operations interface with structured handovers, clear ownership and early risk visibility
Reduce time to industrialization through improved planning, coordination and issue anticipation
Prevent and mitigate launch-related issues (scrap, rework, process instability, supplier unpreparedness) through disciplined execution
Drive manufacturing efficiency and cost competitiveness via process optimization, waste reduction and productivity improvements
Contribute to lean transformation and continuous improvement with standardization and lessons learned




Act as a key stakeholder in PLM, MES and industrial digitalization initiatives, ensuring Industrialization requirements are integrated
Lead and develop the Industrialization team (internal resources and consultants) with coaching and capability growth
Contribute to strategic evolution of the function toward a structured, scalable model
Collaborate with R&D;, Production, Supply Chain and Quality to align with business and operational objectives
Requisiti fondamentaliDegree in Engineering
Minimum 3 years in management positions in industrial roles (industrialization, manufacturing engineering, NPI) in electromechanical manufacturing
Strong experience in managing product industrialization and transfer from R&D; to production
Proven team management, coaching and organizational development
Strong knowledge of industrial processes, process optimization and manufacturing systems
Experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and industrial efficiency programs
Knowledge of ERP, PLM, MES, other manufacturing digital tools are a plus
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to combine short-term execution with medium- to long-term strategic vision
Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus
