OverviewAs the Sales Partner Effectiveness Leader, you will shape and drive the agent channel strategy to deliver growth for ABB's US region.
You'll align with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize the agent network, pricing, and product mix, while building a cohesive go-to-market that scales across direct and agent channels.
You'll lead performance, governance, and data-driven decision making to hit revenue targets and strengthen customer support.
This is a fully remote role with a strong impact on ABB's Electrification Smart Power and Distribution Solutions divisions, offering meaningful work at scale.

ResponsabilitàDevelop and execute the agent channel strategy and governance, including agent selection, line cards, commissions, and advisory councils
Drive agent performance and growth via sales, margin, mix, pricing, dashboards, and market coverage optimization
Provide data-driven leadership and resource allocation to boost revenue, reach, and product mix
Enhance commercial effectiveness by improving agent sales processes and implementing tools/systems (e.g.,



Salesforce, Fletch, Callidus) and optimizing data flow across the agent network
Collaborate with direct sales and agent network to enable one-team execution across the US region
Support broader effectiveness initiatives across the IBC Sales & Marketing Organization and the direct sales team
Focus on agent strategy development and execution for the first ***** months
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to enable growth, profitability and product expansion
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's Degree in any field?

12+ years in the electrical industry
Directional sales experience of $100M+
Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
External Sales Agent Management experience preferred
Strong collaboration and organizational skills
Experience working in a matrix organization
Solid knowledge of contract management
Understanding of full product portfolio including power distribution and installation products
