We believe in the value of genuine connections and provide tools that enable marketing, sales, and customer care teams to communicate in a direct, effective, and personal way.Our culture is built on four key principles: an unwavering passion for what we do, putting customer success first, working as a united and collaborative team, and approaching challenges with an entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and operate our infrastructure end-to-end, following best practices, being proactive and recommending improvement of our infraUse Terraform to provision, build, and organise cloud resources following infrastructure-as-code best practicesDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines including Docker builds, testing pipelines, and GitOps workflowsTroubleshoot and continuously monitor infra-level issues: networking, access, performance, and beyondDefine and improve SLOs, alerting, and operational readiness to keep our systems healthy and predictableHelp standardise safe delivery patterns including testing gates, canary deployments, and rollback strategies so releases are routine and low-riskParticipate in on-call rotations and incident response.

and we need to work through it togetherCollaborate with performance team to improve infrastructure KPIs and overall platform performanceMust haveHands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform, ideally AWSSolid, demonstrable experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, including multi-environment patternsExperience with container orchestration.
We use Docker Swarm.
k8s, AWS Fargate are big plus.Proficiency with at least one programming language: Ideally Go or Python .
Strong understanding of CI/CD paradigms and pipeline designHands-on experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and observabilityFamiliarity with NGINX and general networking conceptsAbility to build and reason about infrastructure with security in mindComfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
