Advanced Development Engineer (m/f/x)
Where we need you
As anAdvanced Development Engineeryou will play a central role within our R&D; organization, supervising and coordinating research projects focused on the development of new products and manufacturing processes.
The position is strongly oriented toward product/technology innovation and industrial implementation.
Main Responsibilities
Manage Advanced Development projects, including planning, prioritization, progress monitoring, reporting, and financial follow-up, as well as documentation for publicly funded projects
Plan new Advanced Development activities, including budget and timelines, and select and coordinate external research partners
Contribute to the development of new products and product improvements, supporting applications in propulsion, electrification, and structural lightweight design
Promote technical excellence by strengthening collaboration across teams and functions within the organization
How to convince us
Degree in Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience in a related technical field
Knowledge of material technologies, especially polymers and composite materials
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies
Good English and either Italian or German
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
