ResponsabilitàLegal due diligence activities for acquisitions
Drafting contracts related to company and share acquisitions and supporting negotiation phases
Legal assistance in extraordinary transactions and preparation of corporate documents (mergers, demergers, reorganizations)
Preparation of opinions and notes on corporate and commercial matters
Doctrinal and case law research activities
Requisiti fondamentali1–2 years of experience in leading firms or legal consulting
Master in Law with grade >*******
Excellent English language skills
Excellent knowledge of the Office package
