ResponsabilitàOwn end-to-end programs spanning multiple teams and functions (Legal, Risk, Compliance, leadership) with business impact
Architect and scale core backend systems (transactions, search/indexing, billing) to support growth
Identify investments for Foundations (permissions, AI-native integrations) and translate into roadmaps




Mentor and enable engineers through programs and documentation to raise engineering bar
Bridge business needs and technical decisions, communicating clearly to engineers and executives
