Overview

As a Professional Service Staff Consultant, you advise enterprise clients on secure, scalable Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM), PKI, and Machine Identity Security solutions. You lead engagements across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments from discovery to enablement. You collaborate with security, PKI, cloud, Dev Ops, and engineering teams to translate requirements into practical, high-quality outcomes. You advocate for customers while solving complex technical challenges and delivering impactful results.

Responsabilità

- Protect large organizations using Machine Identity Security within a focused team
- Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable solutions across cloud, hybrid, on-prem environments
- Lead customer engagements from discovery through architecture, design, implementation, integration, automation, testing, and enablement
- Deliver technical workshops and architecture sessions for technical and executive stakeholders
- Evaluate business processes and automation opportunities, tracking MIM program success
- Advocate for customers and drive successful Machine Identity Security outcomes across multiple accounts




- Develop reusable patterns, blueprints, and best practices for customers and internal teams
- Maintain close collaboration with PANW teams, partners, and customer organizations

Requisiti fondamentali

- 7+ years of consulting in large-scale enterprise IT environments
- Strong business acumen to identify and articulate solutions
- Extensive experience automating Machine Identity Management using MIM platforms, APIs, and connectors
- Scripting and API automation: Power Shell, Python, Java Script or similar
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Jenkins
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders
- Deep understanding of PKI including technology, standards, and enterprise implementations
