OverviewIn this role you will own the onboarding and operational delivery for enterprise customers, partnering with Product, Sales, Payroll, Legal, and Support to remove bottlenecks and scale processes.
You'll drive operational excellence, build trusted customer relationships, and analyze data to uncover risks and improvement opportunities.
You'll work across onboarding, customer operations, payroll, and process improvement to support Deel's largest clients and shape scalable operating models.

Requisiti fondamentali1–3 years of professional experience
