OverviewIn this senior role, you will elevate harvesting knowledge across the EME region, guiding Product Experts and sales teams through structured training and certification.
You'll partner with Marketing PVS Gold to develop training playbooks and value messaging, ensuring feedback loops with field, marketing, and engineering.
You will deliver hands-on combine training and country programs, emphasizing safety, localization, and repeatable excellence.
Your work supports key deals and product improvements by building scalable, Smart Farming-based knowledge assets.

ResponsabilitàGuide Harvesting Product Experts and sales teams through structured training, onboarding to advanced, mentoring, and certification.
Partner with Marketing (PVS Gold) to develop harvesting training playbooks, value messaging, and demos; ensure strong feedback loops with field, marketing, and engineering.
Deliver hands-on combine training and optimization, including in-country programs, focusing on safety, localization, and repeatable excellence.
Support key deals, demos,



and proof-of-performance events; align with Sales, Product, Aftersales, factory, and dealer teams for execution.
Build knowledge assets, integrate Smart Farming basics, capture field insights, and drive product improvements and best-practice standardization.
Requisiti fondamentali3+ years of experience with combines and harvesting operations; hands-on setup and optimization expertise.
Proven track record leading or coaching technical/sales enablement teams across countries; strong facilitation skills.
Working knowledge of Smart Farming basics: guidance, connectivity/telematics, data management/documentation, and automation features.
Business fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
High initiative, structured problem solving, and customer orientation; willingness to travel *****% across EME, including Breganze.
Valid tractor/heavy-vehicle driving licenses (or willingness to obtain).
