In this PMO role, you will shape strategy, execution, and governance across multiple initiatives to align priorities with long‑term objectives. You will enable product leaders by ensuring consistent decisions and clear visibility into roadmaps, budgets, risks, and next steps. You will connect cross‑functional teams, drive collaborative decisions, and transform data into actionable insights for continuous improvement. Responsabilità

- Coordinate complex programs and initiatives to align strategic objectives with execution
- Monitor roadmap progress, budgets,



and reporting to provide visibility on results, risks and next steps
- Support Product Owners and stakeholders to keep decisions aligned with business priorities
- Facilitate cross‑team collaboration and drive value‑creating decisions across the organization
- Define and track process performance indicators and turn data into actionable insights for continuous improvement

Requisiti fondamentali

- At least 6 years of experience in program management, product governance, functional analysis or similar roles in technology‑driven environments
- Strong product awareness and ability to challenge assumptions to support strategic decisions
- Pragmatic, execution‑oriented mindset enabling progress across multiple workstreams
- Analytical thinking with a process orientation and data‑driven decision making
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels with diplomacy and sound judgment
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1)
