As Agile Project Manager, you will coordinate Digital and CRM initiatives for the Italian market, aligning client priorities with delivery teams to ensure milestones and quality. You’ll provide practical advisory support on digital business priorities, CRM, and customer engagement, while driving improvements in processes and tools. You work with cross‑functional stakeholders across CRM, Web, Marketing, Operations, Product and Technology to keep communication clear and outcomes focused. Responsabilità

- Support the coordination and delivery of CRM and Digital initiatives
- Coordinate delivery teams to ensure milestones and quality standards are met
- Align activities with client priorities and expected outcomes
- Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops and alignment sessions




- Provide structured input and practical advice on Digital priorities, CRM and customer engagement
- Maintain clear and timely communication across all parties
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency
- Support testing, rollout and adoption of new tools and ways of working
- Contribute to a collaborative, pragmatic and delivery‑focused team environment

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3+ years of experience in project management, product, Digital transformation, CRM, marketing operations, customer experience or related areas
- Experience in project coordination, stakeholder management or Digital delivery activities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Interest in Digital, CRM and customer engagement
- Fluent Italian and good working English
