In this role you drive Pay Pal’s growth by winning new medium and large enterprise merchants in Italy, positioning Pay Pal as their preferred payments platform. You’ll shape our Italian enterprise presence by tailoring solutions to complex business needs and partnering with cross-functional teams. You’ll influence product direction through merchant feedback and build long-term partnerships. This is a strategic, revenue-focused role in a dynamic, global payments company with a strong mission to enable commerce. You’ll work to unlock cross-border opportunities and scale impact for merchants.

Responsabilità

- Identify opportunities in the Italian market and deliver tailored presentations and proposals
- Own and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, pitching, closing




- Negotiate complex commercial terms to create value for Pay Pal and merchants
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cross-sell opportunities and contribute to a high-performing culture
- Provide analytical insights to support business decisions and monitor account health and performance

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years of related experience selling complex solutions to large enterprises on the Italian market (with a proven quota track record)
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to influence stakeholders across matrixed organizations
- Experience in payments, fintech, technology, or financial services; solid understanding of payments landscape and e-commerce
