Overview

In this role, you will help build and deploy custom business applications on Appian’s low-code platform, enabling clients to transform their processes. You work with cross-functional teams to design high-impact solutions and rapid prototypes, applying design thinking to map end-to-end business models. You’ll integrate systems and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable improvement in workflows. This is a fast-track path to mastery in AI-powered process automation within a mission-driven Customer Success team.

Responsabilità

- Deploy custom process-centric applications on Appian’s low-code platform
- Analyze client business strategies to design high-impact technical solutions

- Integrate systems including enterprise application integration, BI, and knowledge management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery

Requisiti fondamentali

- Fluent in English and Italian
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong foundational technical aptitude in computer systems or emerging software technologies
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate business problems into process workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication for client-facing environments
- Prior professional, academic, or technical experience
- Willingness to travel ≤10% annually
