Hydrographic/Geophysical Data Processor

The Hydrographic/Geophysical Data Processor is responsible for the processing, reporting andÂ

charting of all geophysical project data.

The person we are looking for will have to deal mainly with the following:

- Processing of multi beam (MBES), side scan sonar (SSS), sub-bottom profiler (SBP) and magnetometer data, in line with internal procedures and external/Client specifications;
- Data QA/QC
- Interpretation, charting and report writing;
- Experience in Seismic Data Processing and Interpretation is a desired skill

Qualification: Preferable Bachelor degree in Earth Sci./Eng./Nautical Science

Experience: Experience in Geophysics preferred

Minimum Requirements:

- Computer knowledge (Windows OS)
- Autodesk AutoCAD Basic Knowledge
- Good English speaking, writing, reading and listening
- Able to work flexible hours,



travel when required and work offshore
- Microsoft Office Package usage
- Unrestricted ability to travel
- Willingness to work offshore/abroad for long periods
- Good communication and teamwork skills are essential

The ideal candidate shall meet the following requirements in addition to the above:

- Bosiet / Huet Valid certificate (OPITO approved)
- Valid passport

Tempo pieno contract (fixed / indeterminate time) and classification (level and remuneration) will beÂ

defined during the final interview.

The research is extended to both sexes (Law 903⁄77) and is urgent.
